Medical Mutual OTC Benefit 2027: Login, Catalog, Balance and Stores
Reviewed October 21, 2026. Medical Mutual of Ohio’s MedMutual Advantage plans load their over-the-counter (OTC) benefit onto a Benefits Mastercard Prepaid Card, run by NationsBenefits. You can shop at Kroger, Discount Drug Mart, Walgreens, Walmart and Giant Eagle, order online through the Benefits Pro Portal, or use Walmart.com. Your allowance resets each quarter and doesn’t roll over.
Quick answer: To log in, sign in to My Health Plan at MedMutual.com/Member, then go to Claims & Balances and open the Benefits Pro Portal; you can also use the Benefits Pro app. Not every 2027 MedMutual Advantage plan has an OTC benefit. For example, the 2027 Classic HMO-POS plan in southwest and central Ohio doesn’t list one. Check your 2027 Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage.

How to log in and order Medical Mutual OTC items
- Sign in. Go to MedMutual.com/Member and log in to My Health Plan.
- Open the portal. Choose Claims & Balances, then the Benefits Pro Portal. You can also download the Benefits Pro app.
- Shop the catalog. Add eligible items up to your quarterly balance. Shipping is free.
- Check out before the deadline. Order at least 10 days before the quarter ends so the purchase counts against the current quarter.
