Starting as a Medicare agent in 2009 I realized that people who are turning 65 and going into their initial enrollment period (IEP) in Medicare, needed guidance and personal attention when researching information about this massive federal government insurance program. I also learned that being a consultant for many years to clients who needed information about constant changes in Medicare was equally important. Helping people throughout their entire Medicare journey has been rewarding and also enlightening.
After leaving a position as a Medical device instructional salesman, teaching doctors and nurses how to use life-saving products on patients while in surgery, I began consulting people in the Medical profession about Medicare supplemental insurance. Through seminars in hospitals and doctor’s offices, I was able to help hundreds of people understand Medicare and supplemental coverage. This is where the real journey began.
As a company, we are now able to assist people in choosing Medigap and Medicare Advantage plans through companies such as AARP, Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, and Humana as well as dozens of other companies. Makani is the training leader, responsible for overseeing and managing the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for Medicare 365. He is part of research and development and is responsible for ensuring that the training programs align with our organization’s business objectives. He also monitors the effectiveness of the training programs and makes necessary modifications to ensure that the programs continue to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
Modinul is a professional who specializes in the technical aspects of designing, building, and maintaining the Medicare 365 website. He has knowledge and skills related to web programming languages, web design, database management, server configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues related to the website. He is responsible for ensuring that Medicare 365 is functional, secure, and optimized for performance.
