What can you buy with the Devoted Health food card?
The card covers “healthy foods at participating stores,” as defined by your plan. Devoted says it can’t be used at convenience stores, restaurants or gas stations. Qualifying members can also pay certain housing costs like electricity, internet and rent. Use the CVS Flex Benefits app to see which items and bills your card covers.
Where can you use the Devoted Health card?
- Food: participating grocery stores; check the CVS Flex Benefits app for stores near you.
- Bills: eligible electricity, internet and rent payments, as allowed by your plan.
- OTC items: these come from your separate OTC allowance, not the Food & Home Card. Show your Devoted member ID card at a standalone CVS, Navarro or Longs store with a pharmacy, or order at cvs.com/benefits. CVS stores inside Target or Schnucks don’t count. OTC allowances load each quarter and don’t roll over (Devoted OTC).

Should the food card decide your 2027 plan?
A food benefit only helps if you qualify, and the 2027 rules are narrower than 2026. During Open Enrollment, October 15 to December 7, 2026, compare doctors, drugs and costs too. See Medicare Advantage plans with OTC benefits and what an OTC card is.
