ACE Medicare Supplement Provider Portal, Login and Phone Number

Updated October 20, 2026. The ACE Medicare Supplement provider portal is the Provider Login on Chubb’s Medicare Supplement page. Doctors’ offices use it to verify a patient’s eligibility, check claim payment status and send HIPAA electronic transactions. Policyholders use a separate ACE Insured Login, and the phone number Chubb lists for questions is 1 800 601-3372.
Quick answer: Open Chubb’s INA and ACE Medicare Supplement page and pick the login that fits you: ACE Insured Login (policyholders), Provider Login (healthcare offices) or Agent Login. All three portals run on service.iasadmin.com, the administrator site Chubb links to. ACE Medicare Supplement coverage “is underwritten by ACE Property & Casualty Insurance Company, a Chubb company.”
ACE Medicare Supplement login options
| Login | Who it’s for | What you can do there |
|---|---|---|
| ACE Insured Login | ACE Medicare Supplement policyholders | Review your policy benefits, check the status of a claim, change your mailing address |
| INA Insured Login | INA Medicare Supplement policyholders (a related Chubb product line) | Same as above |
| Provider Login | Doctors, hospitals and other providers | Verify eligibility, check claim payment status, HIPAA transactions |
| Agent Login | Appointed agents | Policy inquiry, earnings, commission statements |

ACE Medicare Supplement provider portal: how providers use it
The Provider Login is built for the three things a billing office needs most:
- Verify eligibility. Confirm the patient has an active ACE Medicare Supplement policy before or after the visit. Have the patient’s name, date of birth and policy number ready.
- Check claim payment status. See whether the Medigap share of a claim has been received and paid.
- HIPAA transactions. Electronic eligibility and claim-status transactions for offices set up for them.
If a question can’t be answered in the portal, call 1 800 601-3372. Chubb’s page lists that one number under “Have questions? Contact us at:” and doesn’t publish a separate provider line or hours.
How ACE Medicare Supplement claims are paid
Medigap pays after Medicare. Medicare.gov explains that Medicare first pays its share of the Medicare-approved amount, then the Medigap policy pays its share. When you buy a Medigap policy, “you agree to have the Medigap insurance company get your Part B claim information directly from Medicare,” and some insurers do this for Part A claims too (Choosing a Medigap Policy, Medicare.gov). If the doctor accepts assignment, the Medigap company must pay the doctor directly if the patient asks.
That’s why provider offices usually don’t need to send a separate paper claim: check claim status in the portal first. Chubb doesn’t publish a claims mailing address on its public page, so use the address on the patient’s ID card or ask at 1 800 601-3372.
Does ACE Medicare Supplement have a provider network?
No. Standard Medigap policies don’t use networks: “You can use any doctor or hospital that takes Medicare, anywhere in the U.S.” (Medicare.gov). The only exception is a Medicare SELECT policy, which requires network hospitals and sometimes network doctors.
ACE Medicare Supplement phone number
The number on Chubb’s ACE and INA Medicare Supplement pages is 1 800 601-3372. Policyholders can call about benefits, premium billing, claims and address changes; providers and agents can call when the portal doesn’t answer the question. Your policy schedule or ID card may list department-specific numbers, so check those first if you’re calling about a claim.
What ACE Medicare Supplement plans cover
ACE policies are Medigap plans that work alongside Original Medicare (Part A and Part B). Medigap plans are standardized by letter, so a Plan G from ACE has the same basic benefits as a Plan G from another company; price, service and rate-increase history are what differ. Which letters ACE sells depends on your state, so ask the company or a licensed agent. For 2027, the high-deductible Plan G deductible is $3,050 (it was $2,950 in 2026), and the 2026 Part B deductible is $283; CMS hasn’t published the 2027 Part B figures yet.
For details on the company itself, see our ACE (Chubb) Medicare Supplement review. To compare letters, read Medigap Plan G vs. Plan N, high-deductible Plan G vs. Plan G and what are Medigap plans.
Key Medigap rules:
- Medigap policies sold today don’t include drug coverage, so most people add a Medicare Part D plan.
- You can’t have a Medigap policy and a Medicare Advantage plan at the same time.
- A Medigap policy covers one person; spouses need separate policies.
- Your 6-month Medigap Open Enrollment Period starts the month you’re 65 or older and enrolled in Part B. During it, insurers can’t refuse to sell you a policy or charge more because of your health.
