Spectera Provider Login: Portal, Phone and Claims Help
Reviewed October 16, 2026. The Spectera provider login is at spectera.com, the portal for eye care providers in the UnitedHealthcare Vision Network (also called the Spectera Vision Network). You sign in with a One Healthcare ID, the same login UnitedHealthcare uses on UHCprovider.com. From the portal you can check member eligibility and benefits, submit claims and check their status, order materials and download forms.

How to log in to the Spectera provider portal
- Open the portal. Go to UHCprovider.com/spectera and select “Sign in to UnitedHealthcare Spectera Vision,” or go straight to spectera.com.
- Sign in with your One Healthcare ID. If your office doesn’t have one, create it through the One Healthcare ID registration on UHCprovider.com.
- Choose your practice if you’re linked to more than one location or tax ID.
- Get help if you’re locked out. Use the One Healthcare ID online help center or call Spectera.com login support at 855-819-5909.

What you can do in the Spectera provider portal
- Eligibility and benefits: UnitedHealthcare asks providers to check eligibility on spectera.com for the date of service before providing care.

How to join the Spectera (UnitedHealthcare Vision) network
UnitedHealthcare says routine vision care runs through the “UnitedHealthcare Vision Network/Spectera Vision Network.” To apply, go to spectera.com and select “Join Our Network,” or call 800-638-3120. To check an application, sign in at UHCprovider.com with your One Healthcare ID and have the provider name, TIN and NPI ready. Spectera and UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage vision
UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans list routine vision through the UnitedHealthcare Vision network. For example, the 2026 Summary of Benefits for AARP Medicare Advantage from UHC FL-0026 (PPO) includes a $0 routine eye exam each year and a $150 eyewear allowance every two years, and members pay all eyewear costs at providers outside the UnitedHealthcare Vision network.
