How to sign up for a Wellcare gym membership
- Create a OnePass account at youronepass.com, or call OnePass customer service. You’ll get a fitness ID number.
- Find a gym. Search eligible fitness centers near you on the OnePass website.
- Enroll at the gym. Call or visit and say you want to enroll through OnePass. Bring your fitness ID, which is different from your Wellcare member ID.
- Try online classes. Once your OnePass account is set up, you can stream workouts at home.

Wellcare’s 2026 Summary of Benefits for its Nebraska plans shows how the benefit appears in plan documents:
- Wellcare Giveback (HMO-POS) H1215-003-000, 2026: fitness benefit with a $0 copay at fitness locations nationwide.
- Wellcare Simple (HMO-POS) H1215-005-000, 2026: fitness benefit with a $0 copay, plus a Wellcare Spendables card loaded with $10 a month.

Does Medicare pay for gym memberships?
