Humana Gym Membership 2027: SilverSneakers, Go365 and How to Use It

Reviewed October 14, 2026. Humana’s gym membership benefit for Medicare members is SilverSneakers, which Humana says comes at no additional cost in most of its Medicare Advantage plans. It gives you access to participating gyms, live and on-demand classes, community classes and the SilverSneakers GO app. Many 2027 Humana plans also include Go365 by Humana, a rewards program that pays gift-card rewards for healthy activities such as wellness visits and screenings, including workouts.

Quick answer: If you have a Humana Medicare Advantage plan with SilverSneakers, you can use participating gyms for $0. Find your SilverSneakers member ID on SilverSneakers.com or in the GO app, or call SilverSneakers at 866-584-7389 (TTY 711). Not every plan includes it: for example, the 2027 Summary of Benefits for Humana Dual Integrated H1396-001 in South Carolina doesn’t list SilverSneakers, although its 2026 plan did. Check your plan’s 2027 Summary of Benefits during Open Enrollment, October 15 to December 7, 2026.

Does Humana offer a gym membership?

Yes, for most Medicare Advantage members. Humana’s gym membership page says “SilverSneakers comes as a no-cost extra benefit in most Humana Medicare Advantage plans,” and its SilverSneakers page notes the benefit “may not be available on all plans or in all areas.” It’s offered on HMO, PPO and PFFS plans. Original Medicare and Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policies don’t include gym memberships, so the benefit only comes with a Humana Medicare Advantage plan. We couldn’t find a current official Humana gym discount for people with non-Medicare (employer or individual) coverage, so check your own plan documents if you have Humana commercial insurance.

• Classes: Humana lists over 80 class types, including community classes held at places like community centers and parks.

What is Humana Go365?

Humana describes Go365 by Humana as a healthy living and learning program that rewards eligible Medicare Advantage members for completing healthy activities. Rewards are redeemed in the Go365 Mall for gift cards, and rewards not redeemed by December 31 are forfeited. How to use your Humana SilverSneakers benefit

1. Check eligibility. Sign in to MyHumana, or check eligibility on SilverSneakers.com.
2. Get your SilverSneakers member ID. It’s on your SilverSneakers.com dashboard and in the SilverSneakers GO app. You can also call SilverSneakers at 866-584-7389 (TTY 711), Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET. (SilverSneakers contact)
3. Find a location. Use the SilverSneakers location finder and confirm the gym participates for your plan.
4. Show your ID at the front desk the first time you visit. Premium services at some gyms, such as personal training, may cost extra.
5. Log activities in Go365 if your plan includes it, so workouts and screenings count toward rewards.

SilverSneakers vs Go365: what’s the difference?

They are separate benefits that work well together. SilverSneakers is the place to exercise: it gives you access to participating gyms, classes and online workouts at no additional cost on eligible plans. Go365 is the reward: it gives you points or rewards for completing healthy activities, such as your Annual Wellness Visit, screenings and, on the 2026 flyer, 12 or more workouts in a month. You can use SilverSneakers without ever logging into Go365, but if your plan includes both, logging your workouts can earn rewards you redeem for gift cards.

How to choose a 2027 Humana plan if fitness matters to you

1. Search the 2027 Summary of Benefits for “SilverSneakers,” “fitness” and “Go365” before you compare premiums and copays.
2. Check the gyms near you. Use the SilverSneakers location finder to see whether the gym or community class you want participates.
3. Read your Annual Notice of Change if you already have a Humana plan, since benefits can drop or change from one year to the next, as the H1396-001 example shows.

5. Enroll on time. Changes made during Open Enrollment (October 15 to December 7, 2026) take effect January 1, 2027.
