For the Tennessee I-SNP, $175 a quarter (about $58 a month) becomes $30 a month (about $90 a quarter) in 2027. Some plans have no OTC allowance at all, so don’t assume every Humana plan includes one.
The Humana OTC catalog for 2026 and 2027
The current catalog is the 2026 Over-the-Counter (OTC) Health and Wellness Product Order Form from CenterWell Pharmacy. It lists each item with its price (for example, ibuprofen 200 mg, 50 count, $6.50), item limits, and ordering instructions. Until a 2027 catalog is posted, use the 2026 one only as a guide to what kinds of items are covered, since prices and items can change.

Humana’s Medicaid plans, called Humana Healthy Horizons, publish separate health and wellness catalogs in some states.
