OTC Benefits Login: Where to Sign In for Your Plan
Reviewed October 5, 2026. There’s no single “OTC benefits login.” Each Medicare Advantage or Medicaid plan uses its own website, app or card vendor for over-the-counter allowances, so where you sign in depends on your plan. Aetna Medicare members sign in at CVS.com/Aetna, Healthfirst members use MyHFNY.org or the Healthfirst NY app, UnitedHealthcare members use the UCard Hub on their member site or app, Wellcare members use the member portal or Wellcare Spendables & Rewards app, and many Molina plans use the Benefits Pro portal from NationsBenefits.
Quick answer: Check the back of your OTC or benefits card, or your plan’s OTC catalog. Both list the official website and phone number. To create an account, you’ll usually need your member ID, date of birth, ZIP code and email address.

Can’t log in? Try these fixes
- Wrong site: make sure you’re on the website printed on your card or catalog, not a site from a search ad.
- Forgot password: use the site’s reset link.
- Member ID not recognized: new members may need to wait until their coverage start date, and some plans issue a separate OTC card number.
- Locked account: call the phone number on your card.
- No internet: most plans let you order by phone or by mail using the catalog order form.
Protect your account
OTC benefit accounts are tied to your health plan membership. Don’t share your login, member ID or card number with anyone who calls you, and be wary of websites or ads that promise to “unlock” extra OTC money. Our OTC card guide explains common scams.
Medicaid OTC benefits login
Medicaid managed care plans that offer OTC allowances usually handle them through the plan’s member portal or an OTC vendor’s site. Your state Medicaid portal, where you apply and renew, is separate from your plan’s OTC login. See how to sign in to Medicaid in your state.
